How It Works
- Pick the target date and time. Choose the future date and exact time you are counting down to.
- Name your event. Enter a short event name so the countdown shows what you are waiting for.
- Copy the share link. Click "Copy Share Link" to get a URL containing your date and event name.
- Watch the countdown. Keep the tab open to watch the days, hours, minutes, and seconds tick down. A sound alert plays at zero.

Can I share my countdown with others?
Yes. Click "Copy Share Link" to generate a URL that anyone can open to see your countdown. The target date and event name are encoded in the link, so recipients do not need an account.
Does the countdown work offline?
Once the page is loaded, the countdown continues to run without an internet connection. You only need internet the first time you open the page or a shared link.
Can I count down to any date?
Yes. You can set any future date and time as your countdown target, whether it is a few minutes, days, or years away. Past dates are not supported since the countdown would already be over.
Will I get a notification when the countdown ends?
The countdown plays a sound alert when it reaches zero. If you allow browser notifications, you will also receive a desktop notification, even if you are on another tab.
Can I embed the countdown on my website?
There is no embed widget, but you can share the countdown link via email, chat, or social media. Open the link in a new tab or pin it so the countdown stays visible while you work.
What happens when the countdown reaches zero?
A sound alert plays and the display switches to a "Time is up" state showing zero. The countdown link remains valid, so anyone who opens it later will also see that the event has been reached.
